What is the percentage next to my swapper name?

This indicates your swapper score. After each swap you are asked to give feedback on the other swapper involved in the swap. This percentage indicates how much of that feedback is positive.

Please remember though, if someone has a score of 0% they might no have been involved in any swaps or recieved feedback from a swap yet. (Feedback is not mandatory).

We encourage swappers to leave feedback for other swappers, good or bad.

If I swap my book with a member, will I get it back?

No. The purpose of the site is to swap books we no longer want.

I can't find a category for my book, now what?

We are constantly improving the site and will continue to add new categories. To suggest a category or for help selecting a category for your book, please Contact Us.

What happens to the books when swaps are suggested?

When another swapper asks you to confirm a swap, both books are temporarily removed from the site so no-one else can suggest swaps for them. If you decide at anytime to cancel the swap then both books are placed back on the site and at the status they were at originally. So if a book had 6 people interested before the book became involved in a swap, it would be restored to the site with 5 of the 6 swap suggestions (the one that was cancelled would be removed). If the swap is confirmed and goes through as it should then the other 5 swap suggestions are rejected automatically by the system
